Over my ten years of practice, I have found that one hour is generally sufficient to identify the core of a patient's issue. In reality, the answer often lies with in the person themselves; my role is simply to facilitate this process through a form of maieutics—helping to bring the true nature of the ailment to the surface. This realization led me to compile a collection of "rubrics": a set of expressions used by patients over the past two centuries to describe their conditions and the specific sensations associated with them—sensations that differ markedly from those experienced by healthy individuals. In addition to classical homeopathic remedies, I have noticed that many of my patients take a keen interest in traditional herbal remedies. I strive to design a truly unique and personalized approach for each patient. Having grown up in my grandmother's pharmacy, I watched her prepare many remedies by hand. The potent aromas of valerian, mugwort, and lavender remain etched in my memory; to this day, these remedies are remarkably effective. I have also observed that some patients struggle to express themselves verbally. In such situations, I draw upon my skills as a painter (having trained at the University of Hartford, Central Saint Martins, and the École des Beaux-Arts in Bordeaux). For instance, a painting of mine depicting a wolf played a pivotal role in a patient's recovery through the remedy Lac lupinum.
