Biography

Dr. Robert Hawawini, born on October 11, 1950, in Alexandria, Egypt, began studying acupuncture in 1977 under the guidance of Dr. Borsarello, after completing his medical studies. In 1983, he obtained the equivalent diplomas from the Kitasato Institute of Tokyo and the Chenn Tsoun Jenn School of Hong Kong.

In 1987, he began specializing in the study of diseases through Syndrome Differentiation (Bian Zheng), a field in which he continues to work today. A former member of the French College of Acupuncture and President of the French School of Acupuncture from October 2015 to March 2019, Dr. Hawawini is the author of several books and numerous articles published in French and Belgian medical journals.
